The policy of expansion of Facebook seems to be still going on with the second acquisition since the beginning of this year after the deal (WhatsApp), where the company has acquired the company (Oculus VR) specializing in games and virtual realityة means means Facebook is interested in the field of new activities.
The CEO of Facebook (Mark Zuckerberg ) announced on Tuesday 26th of this month via his account on Facebook for acquisition of the company Oculus specializing in games and virtual reality and which produce primarily helmets Oculus Rift -oriented to electronic games, which have averaged, the amount of two billion dollars, including 400 million dollars in cash and the remainder in the form of shares in this company.
This deal has raised many questions about the purpose of the Facebook company to this field of elecronic games, which Oculus VR operates on it, and through the statements of Mark Zuckerberg and company officials seems that Facebook would like to establish a system related to virtual reality, especially in its quest to develop the projects, educational and entertainment , as they wish to keep pace with technology wearable benefiting from the experience of Oculus VR, as the latter will benefit from the deal as well as through the provision of virtual reality helmets for more quality at competitive prices.
