Activate your Paypal account with a Payoneer account of 0$

Hi everyone, I know that there's many users having problems to activate their Paypal accounts, because you have to activate it with a credit card or a bank account. Today I'm going to show you a simple way to activate your Paypal account with a Payonner account with 0$ on it.

First open your Payonner account and to your "US Payment Service Profile" :

In this page you'll find your US Bank account details :

Keep in mind you must not share those information at all, now you have two different numbers, the Routing Number, and the Account Number, and both of those numbers you'll need them to activate your Paypal account.

Now login to your Paypal account and click on this link, and choose :

You'll find two fields the first one is for your Routing Number, and the second one is for your Account Number:

But if you did that you'll have an error because this solution has been denied by the company, and you'll need some privileges, and for that follow me, First open this link.

To take this privileges you must contact Paypal customer service, and for that there's two ways, the first one is by email, and for that, your message will be :

I'm contacting Paypal's customer service to inform you that I want to activate my Paypal Account with my Bank Of America Account.
Regards.

After 20-30 min you'll receive an automatic email from Paypal Help center, just reply to it with :

I can't find some thing that can help here.

After you reply to the email you'll receive another email telling you that "You can enter your Bank Account credentials for a time chosen by them".

And the second method and it's the one that I prefer is to call them at their number :

you can call them for free by using Libon Application, or you can call them normally , and you must have three things given in the contact Page :

• Primary home telephone number.
• One-time Passcode.
• Primary email address.

Also keep in mind the time that the customer service is available :

9:00 am to 7:00 pm United Arab Emirates local time, Monday through Friday
9:00 am to 7:00 pm United Arab Emirates local time, Saturday and Sunday

When you call the customer service he will ask you about the three things that I've mentioned above, after that tell him that you want to activate your Paypal account  with your Bank Of America Account, and he will instruct you.

After you've submitted the Bank Informations, 2 deposits will be made by Paypal to your account in about 4-6 days, when your receive them Enter the values of those deposits by entering to "Confirm you bank Account" section :
