To day we will talk about Google's Project : Loon.
The aim the Loon Project is to allow the people who don't have internet connections, and who can not have internet connections to connect, just with flying balloons in the stratospheric winds to move around the world, those balloons are in about 20Km up from the ground, with a 20m in diameter for the balloon, which you can see them just with a telescope.
