Tool Explanation:
The tool is very very easy to use, just choose you application from "Open File" or url's from "Oped URL", also you can shut down your computer or restart it from "Shutdown" or "Restart", after that specify you times below from "Hours (24 Hours Clock)" and/or "Minutes".
